Inscription on final leaf of text, upside down, in a 16th-century hand: "Rob[er]t Dale pst" [i.e. priest? There are three Robert Dales listed in the Clergy of the Church of England database for the 16th century, one of whom was a preacher in the archdeaconry of Lincoln (1557 - 1597)]".
